Ellen Adarna finally finishes her metal health training in Bali.
Since her showbiz hiatus, Ellen has been vocal that she is dealing with some mental health issues. The actress joined a mental health training in Bali, Indonesia.
This last November 27, she successfully completed her mental training under the KoKoro program by walking for straight 26 hours with no any sleep.
Ellen has walked for a total of 115 kilometers for the said training completion.
To share this milestone of her, the mother of one shared this on her social media accounts saying that she walked for several hours.
The netizens then asked her about this through Instagram stories of the said journey.
When one netizen asked on how she managed to do that Ellen answered, “Yes I did not sleep but I ate and I took breaks. Maybe every 30 minutes I would take 5 to 10-minute breaks. It depends on my condition, but no sleep.”
As per Ellen, the said training was meant to strengthen her will and courage. “I need that in my life. You have to exercise that muscle and also I kept my word to finish what I started,” she explained.
When finally asked for what lesson she learned with this amazing journey, “That I can talk to myself for 26 hours, that was the longest time that I have talked to myself straight, 26 hours dealing with myself, talking to myself, I never imagined I could do that.”
Ellen further explained that she was not trained for long walks and marathon so only prepared herself for the said walk mentally.
Meanwhile, the KoKoro program commended the actress for the determination she have shown.
Last March, Ellen first joined a 14-day mental health training program in Bali.
